For years, the teachings of TriYoga have transformed the lives of prisoners. It is TriYoga’s intention to make an organized effort in reaching out to this area of need.

Funds directed toward this project will go toward providing prisons with TriYoga videos, cassettes (both instructional and meditative), and literature. TriYoga is already being taught by inmates to other inmates in some prisons in the U.S. with remarkable and enthusiastic results.

TriYoga is listed as a contact in a resource guide that serves to help those that are incarcerated by providing them with a spiritual outlet. Check out the guide for more information.
